Welcome to the website of the Ceremonial Association of Surrey Police (CASPER), a rather unusual and rare organisation within the Police service which voluntarily carries out Civic and Ceremonial duties at numerous events in both the United Kingdom and Europe.

With the permission of the families concerned we also provide advice or carry out Honour Guard / Pall Bearer / Standard Bearer duties on the sad occasion of the passing of serving or retired officers and staff.
